Happy New Year from snowy Denmark and thank you for an amazing year of collaboration and innovation in 2025. Last year, Liftra passed over 1 billion DKK in turnover, and as we look ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be even greater.

Solve Wind ATOMS platform, designed for offshore wind turbine maintenance ready for its first operation in 2026

First ATOMS Platform Operation Set for 2026

The first ATOMS platform, named ANA, is now in the water and fully operational, having successfully completed Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), including sea trials. The next milestone will be its first offshore operation in 2026, demonstrating major component exchange in combination with our LT1200 Self-Hoisting Crane.

Part of the first-generation development of ATOMS has been co-financed under Spain’s Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), within the framework of the PERTE del Ecosistema Naval Español, funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU, and supported by the Spanish Ministry of Industry and Tourism.

Save the date for LT1500 Installation Crane Demonstration

On 21st of September 2026, Liftra will demonstrate the LT1500 Installation Crane in Aalborg, Denmark. This event will take place the day before WindEnergy Exhibition in Hamburg. The Liftra LT1500 crane is designed for the installation of next-generation wind turbines reaching 6 to 8 MW, supporting operations on hub heights over 200 meters.

Liftra Tower Stacking Frames stacked for transport in a single 40ft container

New Design of Stacking Frames for Larger Turbine Towers

In 2025, over 200 stacking frame sets were refurbished at our Vietnam and China facilities, extending equipment lifetime and supporting current and future projects. Building on 20+ years of tower stacking expertise, a new stacking frame design for larger turbine towers will be showcased at WindEurope Annual Event 2026 in Madrid.

Brazilian Facility Fully Operational and Supporting 6 Cranes

In 2025, Liftra’s Brazil facility became fully operational, enhancing regional support for wind turbine maintenance. With now six Self-Hoisting Cranes deployed, the local team delivers fast on-site support for major component exchanges.

Liftra's existing facility in Poland and land Liftra has acquired to expand its manufacturing facility

Expansion to Support Continued Growth

To meet increasing market demand, we have acquired additional land in Szczecin, Poland. This acquisition will expand our manufacturing facility, nearly doubling its size. The new land is located right next to our current facility and is set to strengthen our operations, supporting Liftra’s continued growth and long-term capacity to serve customers globally.

As part of our expansion, we have moved into new facilities in China and Vietnam and plan further expansion in Denmark.
