Main Shaft Fixtures
Secure Rotor
Liftra Main Shaft Fixtures secure the rotor in place, enabling gearbox exchange without the need to remove the wind turbine rotor. With the use of Main Shaft Fixtures, the required capacity of the main crane is significantly lower, as it only has to lift gearboxes.
Liftra Main Shaft Fixtures can be equipped with an ejector system that slide the gearbox clear of the main shaft with a force of up to 30 tons or extreme ejector system up to 4 x 100ton when normal operational procedure is not enough.
